inconsistent temperaturestreet noise
the room temperature was difficult to regulate i kept adjusting the thermostat but the temperature never felt consistent also i found the noise from the nearby street quite noticeable even with the windows closed it disrupted my sleep a bit this was particularly bothersome since i wanted a quiet place to relax furthermore the minibar prices seemed quite high i noticed the cost of a small bottle of water was excessive compared to nearby shops

i thought the staff was very friendly. they answered questions fast. the hotel also had a good location and the room was spacious. i found the room to be well designed.
the safe in the room didn't work right. the shower had low pressure, and water leaked into the bathroom. the hotel floors felt hot. breakfast required payment and also included an a la carte menu. parking was also paid.

The room included books detailing perfume history and a thoughtful welcome gift. I was pleased that the space used to be a perfume factory before becoming a hotel. The design of the building is amazing , and the hotel maintained a pleasant fragrance throughout the entire stay.
There was a very slight draft in the room , despite the comfortable temperature.

the staff exhibited really good service throughout my visit. artwork, reading material, and decor were thoughtfully curated. my room featured tall glass windows. complimentary large bottles of both still and sparkling water were provided daily, i really appreciated this.
i noticed the absence of certain services expected at this level. specifically, i found that the concierge did not provide car parking, an inconvenience.

The staff was polite. The hotel had great details in the room and common spaces. The breakfast included many choices and fresh ingredients. Each room features a subtle individual scent from the hotel's own perfume lab. I particularly enjoyed the pillow menu. It offered four pillow types.
The gym was a bit small, especially during peak hours, and I sometimes had to wait for equipment.

The hotel is close to various restaurants. It is also near shopping areas, a great benefit for exploring local stores, plus, the proximity to public transport makes getting around very EASY.

The room was very comfortable, particularly the bed and pillows. I found the bathroom lighting to be excellent. The shower was spacious, and storage was plentiful.
The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, made the night uncomfortable. There was also a loud noise coming from one of the cupboards. I thought the hotel's offer of hand sanitizer as compensation was not a satisfactory resolution.
